- Ask for 50% upfront on new clients.
- Hand over final files once the invoice is paid, and say so on the quote.
Questions
Should I charge per project or per hour?
Per project is easier for clients. Charge by the hour for extra revisions and work outside the agreed scope.
When should I send the final files?
After the final invoice is paid. Put that in your terms so it is agreed upfront.
Is this template free?
Yes. Edit it and create a PDF as often as you like. When you want to send quotes and invoices by email or WhatsApp and get paid online, VumaBill has a free plan.
