We tried many solutions to help run our business, but couldn’t find one that met all our needs. So we built our own. VumaBill brings quotes, invoices, customers and online payments into one clear workspace, giving you more time for the business you’re building.

Why “Vuma”?
In isiZulu and isiXhosa, vuma means “to agree” — the word behind siyavuma, “we agree”. A quote or an invoice is exactly that: two parties agreeing on the work and the price. In South African slang, vuma (and its cousin vooma) also means energy, speed, oomph — “this has got some serious vuma”. That’s the other half of the job: giving your business the oomph to get paid faster. Agreement and momentum, in one name.
